摘 要:为探索煤矸石制备高性能材料,提高其使用效率,以煤矸石为原料,在微波场中通过酸浸法提取煤矸石中氧化铝。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD),场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM),红外光谱仪(IR)等对煤矸石、酸浸渣和浸出产物进行分析。研究了酸浸时间、酸浸温度、固液比、微波功率等因素对氧化铝产率的影响。结果表明:微波功率500W、固液比1∶6、酸浸时间50min、酸浸温度80℃,氧化铝产率可以达到93.78%,其颗粒尺寸约为200nm。In order to explore the extraction of high-performance materials from coal gangue and to improve its utilization efficiency, the alumina in coal gangue was extracted by acid leaching method in the microwave field. Specifically, coal gangue, acid leaching residues and leaching products were analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD), Field emission scanning electron microscope(SEM), and Infrared analysis (IR). The influencing factors on yield of Al 2O 3 were investigated, including microwave power, solid - liquid ratio, acid leaching time and temperature. Experimental results show that the yield of alumina can reach 93.78% with the microwave power being 500W, the solid-liquid ratio being 1∶ 6, the acid leaching time being 50mins and the acid leaching temperature being 80 ℃; and the particle size of Al 2O 3 is about 200nm.
