摘 要:为加强环保,基于金属材料的正交各向异性模型理论,采用正交试验设计方案,通过CAE软件对马芬纸杯(淋膜纸杯)成型工艺参数,如上下模具之间的接触周向留角度、接触最小间隙、保持间隙等进行数值模拟,并利用直观分析法和方差分析法,分析得出最优化的成型影响因素的组合搭配。通过对最优水平搭配进行仿真试验的验证,结果表明,当上下模具之间的接触周向留角度为1.5°、接触最小间隙为1.5mm、保持间隙为3.0mm,仿真结果的质量最优。经实际成型加工验证,纸杯机每1.6s生产成品2件,实现高自动化程度和高效率生产,成型质量也满足设计和使用要求。Based on the orthotropic model theory of metal materials, the orthogonal experimental design scheme was adopted in this study. The CAE software was used to numerically simulate the molding process parameters of the Mafin paper cup (laminated paper cup), such as the circumferential contact angle between upper and lower molds, the contact minimum clearance and the holding gap of the punches and die, etc. The combination of the optimized shaping factors was analyzed by using the method of intuitionistic analysis and variance analysis. The simulation test of the optimal level matching showed that when the circumferential contact angle, the minimum contact gap and the holding gap between the punches and die was 1.5°, 1.5mm and 3.0mm, the quality of the paper cup simulation result was the best. And the actual processing showed that the paper cup machine produced 2 finished paper cups every 1.6s, indicating higher automatization and higher efficiency; moreover, the molding quality also met the requirements of paper cup's design and use.
