摘  要:目的探讨PET/MR临床应用中基于MR衰减校正出现的PET伪影类型。资料与方法回顾性分析269例患者的PET/MR图像,使用Siemens MMWP工作站的TrueD软件同时显示PET_(非衰减校正)(PET_(NAC))和超短回波时间/Dixon序列图像、PET衰减妊(PET_(AC))和T2WI像、PET_(AC)图像和衰减系数图(μmap)3组图像,对基于MR衰减校正的PET图像伪影特征进行分类。结果 269例患者中发现9类基于MR衰减校正出现的PET伪影,分别是脑局部热灶及冷灶伪影7个,肺与其他组织交界区的异常热灶453个、气管腔内热灶134个,全脑部冷区伪影23个,肝脾冷区伪影2个,钆剂热灶伪影3个,金属伪影69个,上肢截断伪影386个。结论 PET/MR临床应用中,PET图像会出现多种类型衰减校正伪影。分析图像时需要将PET_(NAC)图、PET_(AC)图、MR诊断图和μmap像相结合,以便发现和解释基于MR衰减校正产生的PET图像伪影。Purpose To discuss the PET artifact types in MR attenuation correction in clinical application of PET/MR. Materials and Methods PET/MR images of 269 patients were analyzed retrospectively. TrueD software from Siemens MMWP work station was applied to display PET non-atteuation correction (PETNAC) and ultra-short echo time/Dixon sequence images, PET attenuation correction (PETAC) and T2WI images, PETAc images and attenuation coefficient diagram (μmap) and PET images artifact characteristics based on MR attenuation correction were classified. Results Nine PET artifacts in MR attenuation correction in the 29 patients were figured out, namely seven local cerebral hot lesions and cold lesion artifacts, 453 abnormal hot lesions on lung and other tissues in clumps, 134 hot lesions in tracheal cavity, 23 artifacts in full cold cerebral areas, 2 artifacts in cold areas of liver and spleen, 3 artifacts in gadolinium agent hot lesions, 69 mental artifacts and 386 upper limb tnmcation artifacts. Conclusion In clinical application of PET/MR, there are many kinds of PET image artifact types. When analyzing the images, PETNAc images, PETAC images, MR diagnostic images and μmap images would be combined for easier discovery and interpretation of PET artifacts based on MR attenuation correction.
