摘 要:目的研究楸叶泡桐种子的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS柱色谱等方法对楸叶泡桐种子的70%乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,根据化合物的波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从楸叶泡桐种子中分离纯化得到7个苯乙醇苷类化合物,分别鉴定为:ilicifolioside A和isoilicifolioside A混合物(1),isoacteoside(2),plantalloside(3),orobanchoside(4),darendoside B(5),acteoside(6),tomentoside(7)。结论其中,化合物3,4,5为首次从泡桐属中分离得到,化合物1,2,6,7为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective To investigate the chemical constituents from the seeds of Paulownia catalpifolia Gong Tong. Methods The compounds were isolated and purifed by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and ODS column chromatography. Their structural identification was performed on the basis of the spectral data. Results Seven phenylethanoid glycosides were isolated and their structures were identifed as ilicifolioside A and isoilicifolioside A (1), isoacteoside (2), plantalloside (3), orobsnchosid (4), darendoside B (5), acteoside (6), tomentoside (7). Conclusion Compounds 3, 4, 5 were isolated from Paulownia genus for the frst time, and compounds 1, 2, 6, 7 were isolated from this plant for the frst time.
