陶瓷压力传感器零点和量程数字调节研究

摘　　要：陶瓷压力传感器生产过程中需要对其零点和量程进行调节,针对此环节研究了调节的硬件和软件。采用单片机控制,将数字电位器与陶瓷厚膜结构相结合,调节传感器零点;将数字电位器与传感器前置放大器相结合,调节传感器量程。整个系统包括信号变送板、零点量程调节板和单片机,信号变送板用于将陶瓷压力传感器压力信号转成数字信号通过I^2C接口输出,零点量程调节板受单片机控制,实现零点和量程的手动和自动调节。The production process for ceramics pressure sensor needs to adjust its zero point and measuring range. The adjusted hardware andsoftware are studied for this link. It adopts singlechip to control and combines digital potentiometer and ceramics thick membrane structure and the sensoris adjusted to be at zero point; Combine digital potentiometer and pre-amplifier of the sensor and adjust the measuring range of the sensor. The wholesystem includes signal changing and transmission plate, zero point measuring range adjusting plate and singlechip signal changing and transmission plateto turn the pressure signal of ceramics pressure sensor into digital signal to be output through I2C connector. Zero point measuring range adjustment plateis controlled by singlechip to achieve manual and automatic adjustment for zero point and measuring range.
