摘　　要：病耻感是具有隐藏性和标志性的消极感受,对患者进行病耻感状态的测量研究并进行个性化和专业化的身心健康干预有着重要意义。通过对病耻感测量研究中的伦理学问题进行讨论,从医学伦理学的角度进行分析与总结,为科学合理地开展病耻感测量研究提出对应的解决建议与措施,也为基于医学伦理学和"以患者为中心"的人文理念的基础上开展类似病耻感这一具有隐藏性和标志性消极态度或消极感受的测量研究提供相关的参考依据。Stigma of disease is a hidden and symbolic negative feeling. It is of great significance to measure the state of stigma and to carry out individualized and professional physical and mental health intervention for patients. This paper discussed the ethical problems in the study of the disease stigma measurement, analyzed and summarized from the perspective of medical ethics, and put forward corresponding solutions and measures for scientifically and rationally conducting the study on disease stigma measurement. This also provided the relevant reference for the measurement research of the similar disease stigma which is a hidden or symbolic negative attitude or negative feeling,based on medical ethics and patient-centered humanistic ideas.
