NBA选秀制度对中国男子篮球联赛发展的启示

摘　　要：本文利用文献资料法,通过对比中美两国职业篮球联赛人才选拔制度的对比,从中发现中国男子篮球职业联赛(以下简称CBA)后备人才选拔过程中存在着阻碍联赛发展的因素。选秀制度是参照NBA选秀来制定的,但是仍然存在一些问题,虽然近些年在选拔制度上也进行了一定的改革,但目前为止其发挥的作用远低于NBA;参与选秀的球员水平以及参与度都不太乐观,参选的球员较少,通过选秀选拔年轻球员的球队更是寥寥;选秀球员薪资待遇较低,而且难以获得足够的出场时间,妨碍了高水平运动员的加入。By comparing the selection system of professional basketball league in China and the United States,this paper finds out some problems in the selection process of China Basketball Association（ hereinafter referred to as CBA）. Although a series of reforms have been carried out in the selection system in recent years,it still exists. Some problems hamper the development of the league. Although the CBA draft system is formulated according to the NBA draft,so far its role is far less than that of NBA. The players＇ level and participation in the draft are not very optimistic,there are fewer players in the draft,and few young players are selected through the draft. Dlay,which impedes the entry of high-level athletes.
