摘 要:为提高小型间歇式次氯酸钠发生器的适用性和可靠性,综合考虑农村小型供水工程特点,结合两端式板式电极,采用单因子试验方法开展电极结构、阴极材质、电极安装高度、盐水浓度、配盐水质、盐水体积、电流密度等设计参数的试验研究。试验结果表明:小型间歇式次氯酸钠发生器的最佳设计参数为:电极左右间距6 cm,阴、阳极采用相同涂层,电极板间距5 mm,电极板中心距电解槽底部20 cm,盐水浓度3%,盐水体积30 L,电流密度480~640 A/m2,电解时间300~360 min,有效氯浓度8.50~8.80 g/L,有效氯产量255~264 g,运行成本7.16~7.20元/kg。此外,亦可结合实际供水工程规模、消毒剂需求量、电解时间等多个因素,选择适宜的电解参数。试验结果为下一步设备定型和实际应用奠定了良好基础。In order to improve the applicability and reliability of small intermittent sodium hypochlorite generator,the experimental study on the design parameters of electrode structure,cathode material,electrode installation height,salt solution concentration,water quality for salt mixing,salt solution volume,electric current density,etc. is made with single-factor experiment method in combination with both-ends typed plate electrode under the comprehensive consideration of small rural water supply project.The experiment result shows that the optimal parameters of the small intermittent sodium hypochlorite generator are the spacing of6 cm among electrodes,the same coating for both cathode electrode and anode electrodes,the inter-electrode gap of 5 mm,the distance of 20 cm from the center of plate electrode to the bottom of electrolytic tank,the salt solution concentration of 3%,the salt solution volume of 30 liter,the electric current density of 480 ~ 640 A/m2,the electrolysis time of 300 ~ 360 min,the available chlorine concentration of 8. 50 ~ 8. 80 g/L,the available chlorine yield of 255 ~ 264 g and the operation cost of RMB 7. 16 ~7. 20 kg. Additionally,suitable electrolytic parameters can be chosen according to the factors such as the demand of disinfectant,the time of electrolysis,the scale of the actual water supply project,etc. as well. The experiment result lays a better basis for the equipment finalization and practical application on the next step.
