摘 要:[目的]探讨重症监护室(ICU)护士职业生活质量现状及其影响因素。[方法]采用一般资料调查表、护理职业生活质量量表、特质应对方式量表、大五人格测试量表对广东省6所三级综合医院13个ICU的298名护士进行问卷调查。[结果]298名护士中,职业生活质量得分为(161.15±21.56)分;回归分析结果显示,工作氛围、工资及福利、特质应对-积极应对、是否喜欢所在科室、晋升机会和加班补偿费是护士职业生活质量的影响因素。[结论]广东省三级综合医院中ICU护士的职业生活质量处于中等偏上水平,护理管理者应培养ICU护士积极的应对方式,营造良好的科室氛围,提高ICU护士的福利和待遇,增加学习进修的机会,为ICU护士的职业发展提供更大的平台。Objective: To explore the status quo of quality of nursing work life in ICU and its influencing factors. Methods: A total of 298 nurses from 13 ICU in 6 third grade general hospitals in Guangdong province were investigated by general data questionnaire,Quality of Nursing Work Life Scale,Trait Coping Style Questionnaire and Big Five Personality Inventory Scale. Results: The score of quality of nursing work life was 161.15±21.56.Regression analysis revealed that working atmosphere,salary and benefits,trait coping style positive coping,preference for the department or not,promotion opportunities,and overtime compensation were factors influencing the quality of nursing work life. Conclusion: ICU nurses′ quality of work life in third grade general hospitals in Guangdong province was in the above average level. Nursing managers should develop ICU nurses′ positive coping style,create a good atmosphere of department and improve the welfare and treatment of the ICU nurses,increase the chances of study further,so as to provide the greater platform for career development of ICU nurses.
