摘　　要：目的:本研究旨在探讨应用脱细胞异体真皮医用组织补片的阴茎增粗术(acellular dermal matrix medical tissue patch in penis augmentation operation,ADMPA),对早泄的作用以及安全性。方法:回顾性分析2015年12月至2016年12月间来北京大学人民医院以及合作医院收治的ADMPA治疗的21例患者的临床资料,应用早泄评分量表(premature ejaculation diagnostik tool,PEDT)和阴道内射精潜伏期(IELT)对术前及术后随访进行详细的评估。结果:随访6个月□20个月,平均8.25个月。术后患者IELT较术前显著增高,PEDT评分较前显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。所有手术患者均未发生严重的手术并发症。结论:通过IELT、中文版IIEF-5和PEDT问卷,本研究系统地评估了ADMPA对早泄的作用以及安全性。ADMPA安全性较高,对于阴茎细小合并早泄的患者,可能是患者选择手术治疗时的首选。Objective： To investigate the eects of acellular allograft dermal graft combined with penis augmentation operation （ADMPA） on premature ejaculation （PE）. Methods： The medical records of 21 patients who underwent ADMPA between December 2015 and December 2016 were retrospectively reviewed. Premature ejaculation diagnostic tool （PEDT） and intra-vaginal ejaculation latency time （IELT） were used to evaluate the consequence before operation and at the follow-up visits after operations. Results： Follow-up was ranged from 6 to 20 months with an average of 8. 25 months. Patients after operation experienced higher IELT and low scores of PEDT （P〈 0. 05 for all）. No major complications occurred and minor complications were resolved with conservative treatment within 3 weeks. Conclusions： With the assessments of IELT,the Chinese assessment of IIEF-5 and PEDT,the eects of ADMPA on PE were systematically evaluated. For patients with both small penis and PE,ADMPA may be the first choice which is safe and effective.
