基于文本挖掘技术分析治疗精液不液化症的中医用药规律

摘　　要：目的:利用文本挖掘技术,探索中医治疗精液不液化症的中药用药规律,为临床治疗提供一定的参考。方法:登录中国知网(CNKI),利用关键词检索中医治疗精液不液化症的相关文献。利用文本提取技术,建立MySQL数据库,运用全文索引对数据进行归档存储,并进行人工降噪。利用文本挖掘中的关联规则Aprior算法,进行统计分析。建立常用中药频次表和中药一维文本挖掘结果的表格,利用Cytoscape软件绘制中药协同关系二维文本挖掘图并进行分析讨论。结果:中药协同关系分析显示黄柏、甘草、茯苓、丹参、知母是治疗精液不液化症复方配伍的核心。结论:文本挖据技术的分析结果,充分体现了以扶正祛邪、恢复气化功能为原则论治精液不液化症的用药特色,对提高临床治疗治疗精液不液化症的疗效大有裨益。Objective： To explore the rules of medication of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） for semen non-liquefaction by text mining technology,in order to provide some reference for clinical treatment. Methods： Literatures about treatment of semen non-liquefaction by TCM were searched by keywords in China Knowledge Network （CNKI）. A My SQL database was established using text extraction technology and full-text index was used to archive data and perform manual noise reduction. Statistical analysis was performed using the association rule Aprior algorithm in text mining. A table of common Chinese medicine frequency table and Chinese medicine one-dimensional text mining results was established,and the two-dimensional text mining map of Chinese medicine synergy relationship was drawn and analyzed by Cytoscape software. Results： According to the synergistic relationship analysis of traditional Chinese medicine,Huangbo,Gancao,Fuling,Danshen and Zhimu were the core of the compound compatibility for the treatment of semen non-liquefaction. Conclusions： The analysis results of the text mining technology fully embody the characteristics of using the principle of strengthening healthy qi and eliminating pathogens and restoring the gasification function to treat semen non-liquefaction,which is beneficial to improving the clinical curative effect.
