规培护士择偶价值取向调查研究

摘　　要：目的:了解规培护士择偶的价值取向及其变化规律。方法:采用自拟择偶价值观问卷,对成都医学院第一附属医院106名规培护士和132名大二护理专业大学生进行调查,规培护士为规培组,大学生作为学生组。结果:规培组未恋爱人数为13人(占比12.3%),已恋爱93人,(占比87.7%);学生组未恋爱37人(占比28%),已恋爱95人(占比72%)。组间比较:χ~2=8.81,P=0.012<0.01,差异具有统计学意义。两组女大学生在相貌、身高、性格等方面无统计学意义,P>0.05,但在相貌(χ~2=59.9,P=0.000<0.01)、人品(χ~2=5.46,P=0.015<0.05)、共同爱好(χ~2=3.07,P=0.024<0.05)、家庭经济条件(χ~2=15.47,P=0.002<0.01)、距离(χ~2=29.67,P=0.000<0.01)等项目上,差异具有统计学意义。结论:规培护士希望成家立业,因此择偶观较为成熟,她们更看重对方的经济基础和距离;规培护士的择偶观往往影响着其长期的职业规划,婚姻对象距离近更利于她们留院工作。Objective： To study the value orientation and its change rule in spouse selection among standardized training nurses. Methods： 106 standardized training nurses and 132 sophomore nursing students were investigated with the self-spouse values questionnaire. The supervisor nurses were selectedas the training group,the college students as the students group. Results： There were 13 persons （12. 3%） single and 93 people who were in love （87. 7%） in standardized training group; there were 37 persons （28%） single and 95 people who were in love （72%） in college group. The differences between the two groups was statistically significant （χ2= 8. 81,P = 0. 012 〈0. 01）. There was no significant difference in appearance,stature and character between the two groups （P〉 0. 05）. But differences in character （χ2= 5. 46,P = 0. 015 0. 05）,common hobby （χ2= 3. 07,P = 0. 024 〈0. 05）,family economic conditions （χ2= 15. 47,P = 0. 01 0. 002） and commuting distance （χ2= 29. 67,P =0. 000 〈 0. 01） were significant. Conclusions： The standardized training nurses want toget married and settle down and they pay more attention to the economic foundation and commuting distance. The mate choices of standardized training nurses often affect their long-term occupation planning. Shortcommuting distance is more conducive to remain working in the same hospital.
