摘　　要：通过对长江采砂船舶近年来的建造(改造)及管理情况开展调研,分析相关管理部门的控制措施及存在的有关问题,提出加强长江河道采砂船舶管理的意见和建议,从源头有效遏制非法采砂活动,促进长江河道采砂的依法、科学、有序管理。Through the investigation of the construction （reconstruction） and management of the Yangtze River sand mining ship in recent years, the control measures of the relevant management departments and related problems are analyzed, and the opinions and suggestions on strengthening the management of the sand mining ship in the Yangtze River are proposed. Effectively curb illegal sand mining activities and promote legal, scientific and orderly management of sand mining in the Yangtze River.
