无创接生应用品管圈的护理效果及对会阴切开率的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨无创接生应用品管圈的护理效果及对会阴切开率的影响。方法:选取本院的助产人员10名组成品管圈小组,在开展活动之前对会阴切开率的影响因素进行讨论,围绕无创接生应用品管圈的活动主题制定活动方案。选取2016年5月品管圈应用之前的产妇60例为对照组,2016年5月应用品管圈之后的60例为研究组,观察比较两组产妇的护理效果、会阴切开率以及生活质量。结果:护理后,研究组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组会阴切开率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后3、6、12个月,研究组疼痛评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后3、6、12个月,研究组的生活质量评分均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在无创接生的护理过程中,应用品管圈进行护理,一方面护理效果理想,产妇疼痛评分明显下降;另一方面,有效地降低了产妇的会阴切开率,避免了伤口感染、产后严重出血的情况,产妇的生活质量得到提高,临床上应当进一步推广应用。Objective：To explore the nursing effect of non-invasive delivery quality control circle and its influence on the rate of perineal incision.Method：Ten midwifery workers were selected to form a quality control circle group,and the influencing factors of perineal incision rate were discussed before the activities were carried out,and the activity plan was formulated around the activity theme of applying quality control circle to noninvasive birth attendants.60 cases of puerpera before the use of quality control ring in May 2016 were selected as the control group,in May 2016,60 cases after the application of the quality control ring were used as the study group.The nursing effect,perineal incision rate and quality of life were observed and compared between the two groups.Result：After nursing,the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After nursing,the rate of perineal incision in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The pain scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 3,6 and 12 months after nursing,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.3,6 and 12 months after nursing,the scores of quality of life in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：In the nursing process of non-invasive delivery,the quality control circle was applied to nursing,on the one hand,the nursing effect was ideal,and the pain score of parturient decreased obviously;on the other hand,the perineal incision rate of the parturient is reduced effectively,the infection of wound is avoided,the situation of severe postpartum hemorrhage is avoided, and the quality of life of the parturient is improved,which should be further popularized and applied in clinic.
