自然分娩会阴切开评估表的设计应用及对降低会阴切开率的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨自然分娩会阴切开评估表的设计应用及对降低会阴切开率的影响。方法:选取2016年11月-2017年11月在本院进行分娩的产妇110例。根据住院号的单双号将其分为对照组和研究组,各55例。对照组进行常规分娩,研究组分娩时使用会阴切开评估表。比较两组会阴切开率、分娩前后的疼痛程度(VAS评分)及护理满意度。结果:研究组会阴切开率为32.7%,明显低于对照组的12.7%(P<0.05);分娩后1、2、3 d,研究组会阴部疼痛评分均低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组产妇满意度为94.5%,高于对照组的67.3%(P<0.05)。结论:自然分娩时会阴切开评估表的设计应用,一方面可以有效地降低会阴切开率,有利于保持会阴的完整性,另一方面也获得了大部分产妇的认可,提高了满意度。Objective：To explore the design and application of natural childbirth perineal incision evaluation table and its effect on reducing the perineal incision rate.Method：A total of 110 maternal delivery in our hospital from November 2016 to November 2017 were selected.According to the odd and even number of the hospitalization number,they were divided into control group and study group,55 cases in each group.The control group received routine labor,while study group used perineotomy assessment table.The perineal incision rate, pain degree before and after delivery（VAS score） and nursing satisfaction between two groups were compared. Result：The incisive rate of the perineum in study group was 32.7%,which was significantly lower than 12.7% in control group（P〈0.05）.After delivery 1,2,3 d,the perineal pain score of study group were lower than those of control group（P〈0.05）.The satisfaction rate of study group was 94.5%,which was higher than 67.3% of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Design and application of natural childbirth perineal incision evaluation table, on the one hand,it can effectively reduce the incision rate of the perineum,which is conducive to maintaining the integrity of the perineum,on the other hand,it has also been recognized by most of the pregnant women and improved satisfaction.
