摘　　要：目的:探讨连续臂丛神经阻滞下行手法松解和康复训练治疗粘连期肩周炎与手法松解和康复训练治疗肩周炎效果的差异。方法:随机选取2011年11月-2015年5月收治的114例肩周炎患者,按照患者的意愿选择治疗方案,分为试验组及对照组各57例。试验组在连续臂丛阻滞下行手法松解和康复训练;对照组行手法松解和康复训练;试验组给予连续臂丛神经阻滞镇痛,手法松解,对照组给予臂丛麻醉4 h内给予手法松解,术后行康复训练。结果:治疗后,试验组疗效、VAS评分、肩关节活动度评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:连续臂丛神经阻滞下行手法松解和康复训练治疗粘连期肩周炎,有效的改善患者肢体功能,提高日常生活能力,减轻了患者治疗的痛苦,是一种安全有效的治疗手段。Objective：To evaluate the difference of continuous brachial plexus anesthesia techniques pine solution and rehabilitation training in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder with manipulation release and rehabilitation training in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder.Method： A total of 114 patients with periarthritis of shoulder were randomly selected from November 2011 to May 2015.According to the wishes of the patients, they were divided into two groups：the experimental group（n=57） and the control group（n=57）.The experimental group received manual release and rehabilitation training during continuous brachial plexus block,the control group received manual relaxation and rehabilitation training,the test group received continuous brachial plexus block analgesia, manual release,and the control group received brachial plexus anesthesia within 4 hours.Rehabilitation training was performed after operation.Result：After treatment, the curative effect,VAS score and shoulder joint activity score of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Continuous brachial plexus anesthesia technique loose solution and rehabilitation training in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder,effectively and improve the limb function,improve the ability of daily life,reduce the pain of patients is a safe and effective treatment.
