摘 要:目的探讨细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)和多聚免疫球蛋白受体(p IgR)在干燥综合征患者和健康人群唾液腺上皮细胞的表达差异及临床意义。方法收集50例干燥综合征患者(研究组)和40例健康者(对照组)唾液腺上皮细胞,分别运用RTPCR技术、免疫组化技术检测唾液腺上皮细胞中ICAM-1及p IgR的表达情况。结果研究组唾液腺上皮细胞中ICAM-1 mRNA表达水平和ICAM-1蛋白表达水平分别为(6. 573±0. 412)和(0. 419±0. 027),对照组分别为(0. 641±0. 342)和(0. 209±0. 020),研究组表达水平均明显高于对照组(P均<0. 05),研究组p IgR mRNA表达水平和p IgR蛋白表达水平分别为(0. 416±0. 118)和(0. 237±0. 037),对照组分别为(5. 064±0. 275)和(0. 403±0. 018),研究组表达水平均明显低于对照组(P均<0. 05)。结论 ICAM-1、p IgR异常表达与干燥综合征密切相关,ICAM-1高表达及p IgR低表达可能是诱发干燥综合征的一个重要发病机制。Objective It is to investigate the expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) and polyimmunoglobulin receptor (pIgR) in salivary gland epithelial cells of patients with Sjogren’s syndrome and healthy people and its clinical significance.Methods 0x09Salivary gland epithelial cells were collected from 50 cases of Sjogren’s syndrome patients (study group) and 40 cases of chealthy subjects (control group), the expressions of ICAM-1 and pIgR in salivary gland epithelial cells were detected by RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry, and the clinical significance were analyzed.Results The expression of ICAM-1 mRNA and ICAM-1 protein in salivary gland epithelial cells were(6.573±0.412) and (0.419± 0.027)in the study group,and were(0.641±0.342) and (0.209±0.020) in the control group, respectivelly,those expression levels of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group (all P 〈0.05). However, the expression of pIgR mRNA and pIgR protein were (0.416±0.118) and (0.237±0.037), and were (5.064±0.275) and (0.403±0.018) in the control group, respectively, these expression levels in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (all P 〈0.05).Conclusion The abnormal expression of ICAM-1 and pIgR is closely related to Sjogren’s syndrome. High expression of ICAM-1 and low expression of pIgR may be an important pathogenesis of Sjogren’s syndrome.
