摘  要:在气井的生产过程中,由于井筒积液会严重影响气井产量,所以排水采气也就成为气井重要工艺措施,但是现有的排水采气技术存在准确性不足、成本过大等问题。本文运用自动控制原理,以电磁感应理论为基础,将实现泡排剂的精确化投放、降低投放成本作为目标,考虑到装置在井下复杂环境的适应性,设计了一种智能化投放泡排剂的装置。本装置通过井下积液高度和压力大小两个变量对投放过程进行控制,避免人工操作对于投放准确度的影响,实现了泡排剂的精准投放,提高了泡排剂的使用效率。在单片机使用下,减少了泡排剂投放的工作量,降低了成本,对其他设备的改进研发,有借鉴意义。以延长气田为例,分析得出:本设备对于井下环境,以及不同井区的基础情况都有良好的适应性,易于普及和推广。In the process of gas well production, the liquid will cause seriously reduction in yield for gas wells, because of this, the drainage gas recovery has become one of important technical measures in gas wells, but the modern drainage gas recovery technology has some problems, such as insufficient accuracy and excessive cost. Using automatic control theory, basing on electromagnetic induction theory, aiming to accurate filling of foam scrubbing agent and reduction of costs, this paper designed a kind of device which can fill foam scrubbing agent automatically in term of complicated environment in underground. This device controls the process of filling by surveying two variables about liquid height and pressure size in underground, avoids the influences of artificial manipulation on the accuracy of filling, accomplishes the accurate filling of foam scrubbing agent, and enhances usage efficiency of foam scrubbing agent. The using of microcontroller reduces workload and the costs of the filling of foam scrubbing agent, which possesses reference meaning to other improvement of device about the drainage gas recovery.This paper takes Yanchang gas field as an example, and it is found after analysis that the equipment has good adaptability to the underground environment and the basic equipment conditions of different well zones, so this device is easy to popularize and promote.
