摘  要:[目的]构建《护理研究》在线课程并评价护士参与课程的在线学习效果及满意度。[方法]采用自身前后对照试验,方便抽取复旦大学附属8所医院40名护士作为研究对象,进行为期8周的在线学习。课程结束后,比较护士在线学习前后的科研能力自评分数,记录在线学习过程中答题正确率,分析护士在线学习行为及课程学习满意度。[结果]护士在线学习后的科研能力自评分数高于在线学习前(t=8.098,P=0.000 7)。课后习题总正确率为91.4%。40名护士共计访问在线学习课程站点2 357次,线上活动行为共计21 704次。课程学习满意度均值为48.68分±2.66分。[结论]在线学习提高了护士科研能力水平,为今后开展大规模临床护士在线学习奠定了基础。Objective:To construct the online course of Nursing Research and evaluate the online learning effect and satisfaction of nurses participating in the course. Methods:The self controlled trials were used to facilitatc the extraction of 40 nurses from 8 hospitals affiliated to Fudan University as subjects for 8 weeks of online lcarning. After the course, compare the self- rating scores of the scicntific research ability before and after the online study,record thc correct rate of the questions in the online learning process,and analyze the nurses' online learning behavior and course learning satisfaction. Results:The self rating scores of the scientific research ability of nurses after online learning were higher than those before online learning (t=8. 098,P=0. 000 7). The total correct rate of after course exercises was 91.4%. Forty nurses visited 2,357 online learning courses and a total of 21,704 online activities. The average satisfaction rate of the course was (48. 68±2.66) points. Conclusions:Online learning could improve the level of scientific research ability of nurses and laid the foundation for the online study of large scale clinical nurses in the future.
