摘　　要：邓小平留给我们的最重要的思想和政治遗产,就是他带领党和人民开创了中国特色社会主义,创立了邓小平理论。他支持和领导真理标准问题讨论,推动十一届三中全会实现党的历史上又一次伟大转折;主持制定《关于建国以来党的若干历史问题的决议》,完成了党在指导思想上的拨乱反正;提出"先富帮后富,走向共同富裕""实行家庭联产承包责任制""倡导兴办经济特区"等三个"大政策";提出改革党和国家领导制度,成为建设中国民主政治制度的历史起点;提出一切从社会主义初级阶段实际出发,明确"三步走"发展战略,强调坚持党的基本路线一百年不动摇;不断推动社会主义精神文明建设;提出社会主义可以搞市场经济;提出"一国两制"构想;坚持和平与发展是当代世界的两大问题论断,提出一整套指导我国外交战略的基本方针;坚持把思想政治建设摆在党的建设首位,强调在整个改革开放过程中都要反对腐败。Deng Xiaoping’s most important ideological and political legacy for us is that he led the Party and the people to initiate socialism with Chinese characteristics and founded Deng Xiaoping Theory. He supported and led the debate about the criteria of truth, pushed the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee to realize another great transformation in Party history, presided the Resolutions on Some Historical Issues of the Party since the Founding of the People＇s Republic of China to successfully set wrong things in the Party’ s guiding ideology right;proposed three “grand policies” of “forerunners aiding the latecomers in wealth making to achieve common prosperity”, “implementing the household contract responsibility system”, and “advocating the establishment of special economic zones”; proposed to reform the leadership system of the Party and the state as the historical starting point to build democratic political system in China; proposed to begin with the reality of primary stage of socialism, clarified the “three-step” development strategy, emphasized to uphold the Party＇s basic line unchanged for a hundred years; continuously pushed socialist cultural-ethical building; proposed that socialism can have a market economy;raised the concept of “one country, two systems”; insisted in the judgment that peace and development are the two themes of contemporary world, proposed a series of basic principles to guide our country’s strategies in foreign affairs; insisted in putting ideological and political building first in Party building, emphasized constant fight against corruption in the entire course of reform and opening up.
