摘　　要：社会风险治理的本土实践具有重要的研究价值和借鉴意义。在全媒体社会的冲击下,金属污染等民生类社会风险事件与百姓切身利益休戚相关,若处理不当极易透过全媒体传播急剧扩散,造成大规模网络舆情。全媒体时代的新闻传播渗透性更强、传播面更广,信息交互形式呈现出多样化趋势。全媒体传播的发展有利于畅通社情民意,但也极易衍生网络舆情激变、社会矛盾异化等问题。应当从多个维度处理好金属污染等民生类危机事件,切实提高领导干部全媒体社会舆情应对能力,充分重视危机事件中信息公开工作,科学配备专业化的新闻发言人和网络评论员队伍,构建网络舆情监测研判与引导机制,提升政务微博、政府微信公众号的公共服务能力。Domestic practices of social risk governance have great significance in academic research and practical reference. Under the impact of the omnimedia society, such wellbeing related social risk incidents as metal pollution closely intertwined with people’s intimate interests can rapidly disseminate through easy penetration of omnimedia to make massive online public opinion crisis if not handled properly. News dissemination in the age of omnimedia is much more penetrating and much broader with a trend of diversification in the forms of information interaction.While the development of omnimedia dissemination is beneficial to smooth social situation and public opinion, it may also easily derive such problems as radical online public opinion change and alienation of social contradictions.Wellbeing related crisis incidents such as metal pollution should be well handled from multiple dimensions as follows： solid improvement of leading cadres’ ability to respond to the public opinion in an omnimedia society, sufficient attentions to the information transparency work in crisis incidents, scientific deployment of professional spokespersons and personnel of online reviewers, construction of oversight and guiding mechanisms for online public opinion, improvement of the public service capacity of the government affairs Weibo and government public Wechat accounts.
