阿托伐他汀并曲美他嗪对冠心病患者血脂、炎性因子及心功能的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析阿托伐他汀+曲美他嗪治疗冠心病对患者血脂指标、炎性因子指标、心功能指标的影响。方法:用双色球分组法将2017年6月1日-12月1日在笔者所在医院接受治疗的80例冠心病患者分成两组(40例每组)。都接受常规药物治疗,观察组加用阿托伐他汀和曲美他嗪,对照组仅加用曲美他嗪。对比两组血脂、炎性因子、心功能指标变化。结果:疗程结束后,观察组患者高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(1.48±0.30)mmol/L、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(1.89±0.36)mmol/L、甘油三酯(1.43±0.68)mmol/L、总胆固醇(4.36±0.64)mmol/L,四项血脂指标都优于对照组(t=3.109、3.990、3.989、5.634,P=0.003、0.001、0.001、0.001);疗程结束后观察组基质金属蛋白酶-9(30.56±8.56)ng/L、血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(101.54±22.04)ng/L、超敏C反应蛋白(2.51±0.85)ng/L,三项炎性因子指标都比对照组低(t=4.902、13.066、11.744,P=0.001、0.001、0.001);观察组疗程结束后左心室射血分数(48.59±5.25)%、左心室舒张末内径(48.56±4.32)mm、左室后壁厚度(9.01±1.19)mm,三项心功能指标较对照组更具优势(t=6.468、9.307、8.238,P=0.001、0.001、0.001)。结论:在冠心病治疗中,联合应用曲美他嗪和阿托伐他汀能够改善患者的血脂水平,减轻炎性反应,恢复心功能。Objective：To analyze the effect of Atorvastatin＋Trimetazidine on blood lipid index,inflammatory factor index and cardiac function index in patients with coronary heart disease.Method：A group of 80 patients with coronary heart disease treated in this hospital were divided into two groups（40 cases/group） by the double chromosphere group method.Both were treated with conventional drugs,with Atorvastatin and Trimetazidine in the observation group and Trimetazidine only in the control group.Two groups of blood lipid,inflammatory factor,cardiac function index change were compared.Result：After treatment,the observation group of patients with high density lipoprotein cholesterol（1.48±0.30）mmol/L,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（1.89±0.36）mmol/L,triglycerides（1.43±0.68）mmol/L,total cholesterol（4.36±0.64）mmol/L,four lipid indexes were better than those of control group（t=3.109,3.990,3.989,5.634,P=0.003,0.001,0.001,0.001）.After treatment,the observation group matrix metalloproteinases 9（30.56±8.56）ng/L,serum tumor necrosis factor alpha（101.54±22.04）ng/L,hypersensitive C-reactive protein（2.51±0.85）ng/L,three inflammatory factor index values were lower than the control group（t=4.902,13.066,4.902,P=0.001,0.001,0.001）.After the course,the observation group of left ventricular ejection fraction（48.59±5.25）%,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter（48.56±4.32）mm,left ventricular posterior wall thickness（9.01±1.19）mm,three cardiac function indexes had an advantage more than the control group（t=6.468,9.307,8.238,P=0.001,0.001,0.001）.Conclusion：Combined use of Trimetazidine and Atorvastatin in the treatment of coronary heart disease can improve blood lipid level,alleviate inflammatory reaction and restore cardiac function.
