二甲双胍联合氟伐他汀对初诊断血脂正常2型糖尿病血管内皮功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究二甲双胍联合氟伐他汀对初诊断血脂正常2型糖尿病患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法:选取笔者所在医院60例初诊断血脂正常的2型糖尿病患者,随机分两组,对照组服用二甲双胍,治疗组在服用二甲双胍的基础上加用氟伐他汀40 mg,1次/d口服。治疗12周后,比较治疗前后患者的NO、血管内皮功能的变化。结果:治疗后两组患者NO水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),弹性模量(Eρ)、顺应性(AC)、脉搏波传导速度(PWVB)、僵硬度(β)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组均优于对照组。结论:二甲双胍联合氟伐他汀能明显改善2型糖尿病患者的血管内皮功能。Objective：To explore the Metformin combined Fluorine Laval Statin in newly diagnosed ortholiposis type 2 diabetes vascular endothelial function.Method：A total of 60 patients with ortholiposis type 2 diabetes were collected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with Metformin,the treatment group was given Fluvastatin 40 mg/d orally based on the control group.After treatment of 12 weeks,the change of the function of NO and endothelium in patients before and after treatment was compared.Result：After treatment,the difference of NO level between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The elastic modulus（Eρ）,compliance（AC）,pulse wave velocity（PWVB）,stiffness（β） differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Metformin combined with Fluvastatin could significantly improve vascular endothelial function in patients with type 2 diabetes.
