多种方法联合矫正重度踇外翻畸形效果观察

摘　　要：目的:总结改良McBride法联合第1跖骨基底部外翻截骨矫形和第2跖趾关节囊松解肌腱延长术治疗重度踇外翻畸形的临床效果。方法:2006年3月-2014年5月,采用改良McBride法联合第1跖骨基底部外翻截骨矫形和第2跖趾关节囊松解肌腱延长术治疗重度踇外翻畸形患者26例共44足。结果:术后评价,优33足,良11足,无术后切口感染、畸形复发、截骨处骨不愈合、踇内翻等并发症。结论:采用改良McBride法联合第1跖骨基底部外翻截骨矫形和第2跖趾关节囊松解肌腱延长术治疗重度踇外翻畸形可同时矫正踇外翻、跖内翻和第2趾锤状指畸形,获得满意的临床疗效。Objective：To summarize the clinical effect of modified Mc Bride method combined with osteotomy of the first metatarsal as well as second metatarsophalangeal capsular loosening and tendon lengthening for the treatment of severe hallux valgus.Method：From March 2006 to May 2014,the modified Mc Bride method combined with osteotomy of the first metatarsal as well as second metatarsophalangeal capsular loosening and tendon lengthening was used to treat 26 patients with severe hallux valgus（44 feet）.Result：Postoperative evaluation was excellent in 33 feet,good in 11 feet.No postoperative infection,deformity recurrence,osteotomy nonunion,varus and other complications were observed.Conclusion：The modified Mc Bride method combined with osteotomy of the first metatarsal as well as second metatarsophalangeal capsular loosening and tendon lengthening for the treatment of severe hallux valgus deformity can correct the hallux valgus,metatarsal varus and the second toe mallet finger malformation at the same time,obtaining satisfactory clinical effect.
