颈丛阻滞麻醉联合针麻用于甲状腺手术的麻醉效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察颈丛阻滞麻醉联合针麻用于甲状腺手术的麻醉效果。方法:收集2010年1月-2015年12月于笔者所在医院行甲状腺手术的患者100例,根据其麻醉方式的不同分为A组、B组、C组,A组给予颈丛阻滞麻醉,B组给予针麻,C组给予颈丛阻滞麻醉联合针麻,比较三组患者的麻醉效果、生命体征及不良反应。结果:A组、C组的麻醉效果优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组、C组的麻醉效果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组患者的心率加快值、平均动脉压升高值较B组、C组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),B组、C组心率加快值、平均动脉压升高值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),三组的呼吸频率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);三组患者的麻醉不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对于甲状腺手术,颈丛阻滞麻醉可以减少患者的痛苦,而针麻可以减少患者生命体征的波动,两者联合应用效果较好。Objective：To observe the anesthetic effect of cervical plexus block anesthesia combined with acupuncture for thyroid surgery.Method：A total of 100 patients undergoing thyroid surgery in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2015 were recruited and divided into group A,group B and group C according to their different anesthetic methods.Group A received cervical plexus block anesthesia.The group B was given acupuncture and group C was given cervical plexus block anesthesia combined with acupuncture.The anesthesia effect,vital signs and adverse reactions were compared among the three groups.Result：The anesthetic effect of group A and C were better than that of group B,The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the anesthetic effect between group A and group C（P〈0.05）.The acceleration of heart rate and the increase of mean arterial pressure were more significant in group A than group B and group C（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the values of accelerated heart rate and mean arterial pressure in groups B and group C（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the respiratory frequency between the three groups（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the anesthetic response between the three groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：For thyroid surgery,cervical plexus block anesthesia can reduce the patient＇s pain,and acupuncture can reduce the fluctuation of patients＇ vital signs.The combination of the two has better effect.
