摘  要:伴随着移动互联网、物联网、云计算等各类通信及处理技术的快速发展,移动数据流量爆炸式增长,无线通信网络进入大数据时代。无线大数据蕴藏着巨大的价值,分析运营商基于无线大数据进行"精细化"运营需求,提出了无线大数据的关键技术和实现架构,详细阐述了各个功能模块的实现方案和关键技术问题的解决方案。特别地,基于所设计的移动大数据平台,详细阐述了如何利用大数据分析和机器学习技术,对移动用户服务质量体验感知质差进行归因分析(无线网络弱覆盖还是核心网响应延时)。最后,总结了无线大数据对未来运营商的商业价值。With the rapid development of various communication and processing technologies such as mobile Internet, Internet of Things, and cloud computing, mobile data traffic exhibits explosive growth and wireless communication network enters the era of big data. Wireless big data contains great value. By analyzing the operators' requirements for "fine"operation based on wireless big data, the key technology and implementation architecture of wireless big data is proposed. The implementation of each functional module and the solution of key technologies are elaborated. In particular, based on the designed mobile big data platform, how to use the big data analysis technology and machine learning technology to identify the possible reasons for low-perceived QoE (Quality of Experience) of mobile users (wireless network weak coverage or core network response delay) is expounded. Finally, the commercial value of wireless big data for future operators is summarized.
