摘 要:介绍了RKE的系统架构和KEELOQ数据加密、解密的具体过程,在此基础上设计了一套安全有效的通信协议,并设计出能够满足性能要求的发送端和接收端软件。发送端对前导码、同步头、64bit数据、停止位和防护周期进行编码发送,接收端则根据接收到的数据解码验证。在对设计的RKE系统进行实车验证的过程中发现,设计存在遥控不灵敏的问题。于是,运用鱼骨图分析法找出出现问题的可能原因,并对这些可能原因进行验证。通过大量实测数据波形分析找到了根因,并提出了延长前导码和修改同步头的方案,最终解决了遥控不灵敏的问题。The system architecture of RKE and the specific process of KEELOQ data encryption/decryption are introduced. Based on this, a set of secure and effective communication protocols are designed, including the sender and receiver software that can meet the performance requirements. The transmitting end encodes and transmits the preamble code, the synchronization header, the 64 bit data, the stop bit and the guard period, and the receiving end realizes decoding and verification according to the received data. In the process of real vehicle verification of the designed RKE system, it is found that the design has the problem of remote control insensitivity. Therefore, the fishbone diagram analysis method is used to find out and verify the possible causes of the problem. The root cause is found through large quantity of the measured data waveform analysis, and the scheme for extending the preamble and modifying the synchronization header is proposed implemented, finally solving the problem of remote control insensitivity.
