摘 要:目的探讨基于EHR的胎心监护管理系统对提高临床工作效率的效果。方法选取2017年8-11月入我院行胎心监护的孕妇200例,按入院时间顺序分为两组,8-9月的100例采用常规监护管理,设为对照组;10月-11月的100例采用基于EHR的胎心监护管理方法,设为观察组;记录两组护士完成胎心监护时间、医生完成胎心监护评分时间、病案资料整合的准确性。结果观察组护士完成胎心监护时间明显短于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组医生完成胎心监护评分时间明显快于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组病案资料整合的准确性高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论基于EHR的胎心监护管理能缩短护士操作时间,提高医生判读胎心监护图形的效率,并不影响病案资料整合的准确性,可予以推广。Objective To study on the application of fetal heart monitoring management system based on EHR to improve clinical work efficiency.Methods 200 pregnant women selected for fetal heart rate monitoring from August to November 2017 were enrolled and divided into 2 groups chronologically.From August to September,100 cases of traditional fetal heart monitoring were selected as the control group.And from October to November,100 cases of fetal heart monitoring management based on EHR were selected as observation group.The completion time of the fetal heart rate monitoring,time of doctors to complete fetal heart monitoring score,the accuracy of medical record data integration.Results The time to complete fetal heart monitoring for nurses in observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group.There was significant difference(P〈0.001).The time to completed fetal heart rate monitoring score for doctors in observation group was significantly faster than that of the control group.There was significant difference(P〈0.001).The accuracy of the integration of medical records in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.There was no significant difference compared the two groups(P〉0.05).Conclusion The fetal heart monitoring management based on EHR can shorten the operating time of nurses,improving the efficiency of doctors' interpretation of fetal cardiac monitoring graphics.It does not affect the accuracy of the integration of medical records and can be popularized.
