摘　　要：XMQ350×160球磨机是实验室常用的磨矿设备。文中对传统结构和安装有摆线针轮减速机的球磨机进行结构分析比较,并着重介绍了摆线针轮减速机的结构特点、选型方法和工作原理。采用摆线针轮减速机可使整机结构简单,零件数量减少,且体积小、质量轻、造价低、机械效率高等特点。XMQ350 × 160 ball mill is a common grinding equipment in the laboratory. In this paper, the traditional structure and the ball mill equipped with cycloidal pin wheel reducer are analyzed and compared, and focus on the structure cycloidal pin wheel reducer, working principle and selection method. Cycloidal pinwheel reducer can make the whole machine simple structure; reduce the number of parts, and small size, light weight, low cost, high mechanical efficiency and other characteristics.
