摘　　要：目的探讨体检人群体血清25-羟维生素D水平和骨密度相关性,为防治维生素D减低及骨质疏松提供理论依据。方法选择秦皇岛市163例健康体检者作为受试对象,其中男96例,女67例;年龄21~50岁。应用酶联免疫法测定血清25-羟维生素D水平,采用双能X线骨密度仪(DEXA)进行骨密度(BMD)测定。结果受试者平均25-羟维生素D水平为(47. 34±16. 57) nmol/L,男性与女性受试者25-羟维生素D水平差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05),男性受试者25-羟维生素D水平与股骨颈骨密度呈正相关关系(P <0. 5);女性受试者25-羟维生素D水平与Ward三角及L2骨密度正相关(P <0. 5)。结论体检人群中普遍存在维生素D不足和缺乏状况,维生素D的状态与骨密度存在正性相关关系,可进一步进行大样本的研究来探讨25-羟维生素D与骨密度及骨质疏松症的关系。Objective To investigate the correlation between vitamin D levels and bone mineral density （BMD） in health examination crowd in Qinhuangdao city in order to provide theoretical basis for the prevention of vitamin D deficiency and osteoporosis. Methods A total of 163 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination in Qinhuangdao city were enrolled in the investiagtion, in whom, there were 96 males and 67 females,with age range： 21-50 years.The serum levels of 25-hydroxy vitamin D were detected by ELISA,and the levels of BMD were measured by DEXA. Results The average levels of 25-hydroxy vitamin D were 47.34-16.57nmol/L,there were no significant differences in the levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D between males and females （ P 〉0.05）. Moreover the levels of 25-hydroxy vitamin D in male subjects were positively correlated with the levels of bone mineral density of neck of femur （ P 〈0.05）,and the levels of 25-hydroxy vitamin D in female subjects were positively correlated with the levels of bone mineral density of ward triangle and L2 （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion There exists vitamin D deficiency in the crowd undergoing physical examination,and the state of 25-hydroxy vitamin D is positively correlated with bone mineral density,moreover, large sample reearch should be conducted to explore the relationship between vitamin D and bone mineral density as well as osteoporosis.
