京万红软膏治疗糖尿病母亲婴儿静脉炎的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨京万红软膏治疗糖尿病母亲婴儿静脉炎的临床效果。方法将2015年11月至2017年11月发生静脉炎的糖尿病母亲婴儿112例随机分成观察组和对照组,每组56例。2组患儿发生静脉炎后均给予相同的常规护理:定时清洁,加强营养等。观察组采用京万红软膏涂抹,对照组采用50%硫酸镁纱布湿敷,观察2组转归情况与时间,并进行成本-效果分析。结果观察组各时间段有效率均高于对照组,但3 h、6 h、12 h内差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),24 h、48 h、72 h、96 h内差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05);成本-效果比观察组优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论京万红软膏治疗糖尿病母亲婴儿静脉炎是一种操作简便、显效快、价格实惠的治疗方法,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Jingwanhong ointment on phlebitis in infants of diabetic mothers. Methods A total of 112 infants of diabetic mother who were suffered from phlebitis and treated in our hospital from November 2015 to November 2017 were randomly divided into observation group （ n =56） and control group （ n = 56）. The patients in both groups were were given the same conventional nursing care after phlebitis including regular cleaning,enhancement nutrition.Moreover the patients in observation group were treated by smearing with Jingwanhong ointment,however,the patients in control group were treated by wet compress with 50% magnesium sulfate gauze.The outcome and time as well as a cost-effectiveness analysis were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The effective rates in observation group in different time pionts were higher than those in control group,but there were no significant differences in the effective rates in 3h,6h,12h between two groups （ P 〉0.05）, however, there were significant differences in the effective rates in 24h,48h,72h,96h between two groups （ P 〈0.05）.Moreover the ratio of cost/effectivenessin observation group was superior to that in control group （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Jingwanhong ointment is a simple,effective,and affordable treatment way in treating phlebitis in infants of diabetic mothers, therefor, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
