摘　　要：不锈钢诱导轮的结构复杂且壁薄,易出现浇不足、缩松等缺陷。本文根据诱导轮的结构特点,使用ProCast软件数值模拟诱导轮的浇注、充型及凝固过程,进行工艺方案设计,保证产品表面质量、内部质量以及产品力学性能要求,减少了热处理工序,缩短了产品的生产周期并大大降低了生产成本。Due to the complex structure and thin wall of stainless steel inducer,the defects such as insufficient casting and shrinkage are easy to occur in production. In this paper,using ProCast software to simulate the pouring,filling and solidification process of inducer,the casting process was designed to ensure the surface quality,internal quality and mechanical properties of products,which reduced the heat treatment process,shortened the production cycle of products and reduced the production cost.
