涂料在覆膜砂壳型铸钢件生产中的试验与应用

摘　　要：针对各类结构复杂的铸钢件,通过严格控制砂芯质量,选用高纯度水基锆英涂料,分别采取合理的流涂或刷涂工艺,改善了产品外观质量,最终实现覆膜砂壳型精密铸钢件的稳定生产。For all kinds of complex steel castings,through the strict control of the quality of sand core and the selection of high purity zirconium coating,we adopted the reasonable process of flow coating or brush coating respectively to improve the appearance quality of the product. In the end,we realized the stable production of coated sand shell precision casting steel.
