摘 要:苍术具有抗溃疡、保肝、抗肿瘤、抗炎和降血糖等药理作用,在临床应用广泛,根茎是其主要入药部位。近年来多研究苍术所含化学成分,其主要化学成分为挥发油成分,而苍术素即为挥发油中的一种主要成分。苍术素不仅在苍术药用价值中发挥了重要作用,也是苍术质量评价的标准。本文对苍术素的结构性状、提取分离工艺、含量测定和药理作用等内容进行综述。Atractylodes lancea has pharmacological effects such as anti-ulcer, liver-protection,anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory and hypoglycemic effects.It is widely used in clinical practice,and the rhizome is its main drug-filling site.In recent years,many studies have been carried out on the chemical constituents of Atractylodes lancea.The main chemical constituents are volatile oil components, and Atractylodesin is a major component in volatile oil.Atractylodesin not only plays an important role in the medicinal value of Atractylodes,but also the standard for the quality evaluation of Atractylodes lancea.ln this paper, the structural traits,extraction and separation process,content determination and pharmacological effects of Atractylodesin were reviewed.
