摘　　要：目的调查西安地区儿童轮状病毒腹泻的流行状况及其影响因素。方法采集西安市儿童医院急性腹泻儿童粪便样本,采用胶体金免疫层析法对腹泻婴幼儿进行轮状病毒抗体检测。结果 2 739例腹泻儿童粪便样本中,547例检测结果为阳性,阳性率为19.97%。轮状病毒检出高峰在12月到次年2月份。结论西安市儿童医院收治的腹泻患儿轮状病毒检出率较高,2岁以内儿童寒冷季节仍为高发感染对象。Objective To investigate the prevalence of Rotavirus diarrhea in children in Xi＇an and its influencing factors. Methods Stool samples from children with acute diarrhea in Xi^an Children＇s Hospital were collected,and Rotavirus antibodies were detected in infants with diarrhea by immunochromatography. Results Among 2 739 children with stool samples, 547 test results were positive and the positive rate was 19.97%. Rotavirus peak was detected from December of that year to February of the following year. Conclusion The detection rate of Rotairrus in children with diarrhea in Xi＇an Children＇s Hospital was relatively high. Children in 2 years old are still high incidence of infection in cold season.
