摘  要:以钛渣为原料,探讨钛渣在微波场中的吸波特性以及升温特性,同时对不同粒度的钛渣进行微波波谱分析,并通过计算得到钛渣的粒度与衰减值和相对频移的关系。结果表明,钛渣在微波场中具有良好的吸波特性和升温特性,升温速率可达40℃/min;钛渣在微波场中加热焙烧后其吸波特性减弱于没有焙烧前的,在75~380μm的粒度范围内,当钛渣粒径为180~380μm,其吸波特性最好。In this study, the absorbing characteristic and temperature rising of titanium slag in microwave field were discussed. The relationship between particle size and attenuation value, relative frequency shift of titanium slag were investigated systematically, according to measure the microwave spectrum of titanium slag of different par- ticle size. The results indicated that titanium slag exhibits superior absorbing and heating characteristic in micro- wave field, the heating rate can reach 40 ~C/min. Microwave - absorbing characteristic of titanium slag is de- creased after calcination, titanium slag exhibits superior microwave-absorbing characteristic when the particle size is in the range of 180 - 380 μm, within the investigated particle size range of 75 - 380μm.
