血凝指标对异位妊娠大出血输血治疗患者不良反应的监测

摘　　要：目的分析在异位妊娠出血患者输血治疗中采取血凝指标监测的有效性。方法本次所选异位妊娠出血患者80例均于2015年5月—2017年5月在我院接受输血治疗。根据是否发生不良反应分成不良反应组(试验组)与无不良反应组(对照组),试验组有25例,对照组有55例,全部患者采取凝血分析仪和血液分析仪进行监测,对比两组患者血凝指标。结果输血后,试验组血红蛋白浓度、红细胞计数、血小板计数均低于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。输血后,两组凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶时间均比对照组长,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在异位妊娠出血患者输血治疗的不良反应监测中凝血指标有着重要意义,可以给临床工作提供参考。Objective To analyze the effectiveness of hemagglutination index monitoring in transfusion therapy for patients with ectopic pregnancy bleeding. Methods 80 patients with ectopic pregnancy bleeding received blood transfusion in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017. According to the occurrence of adverse reactions were divided into adverse reaction group （test group） and non-adverse reaction group （control group）, 25 cases in test group and 55 cases in control group. All patients were monitored by coagulation analyzer and hematology analyzer, and blood coagulation indexes were compared between the two groups. Results After transfusion, the hemoglobin concentration, red blood cell count and platelet count of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. After transfusion, prothrombin time, activated partial thromboplastin time and thrombin time of the two groups were longer than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Coagulation index is important in the monitoring of adverse reactions in transfusion therapy in patients with ectopic pregnancy bleeding, which can provide reference for clinical work.
