乳腺区段切除术治疗乳腺良性肿块的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察乳腺区段切除术治疗乳腺良性肿块的效果。方法随机选定本院2016年2月—2018年2月收治的乳腺良性肿块患者120例作为研究对象,将其随机分为试验组与对照组,每组各60例。对照组采纳传统乳腺区段切除术治疗,试验组采纳改良乳腺区段切除术治疗。比较手术情况、并发症。结果两组术中出血量、手术时间相比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);试验组疼痛时间、切口愈合时间显著较对照组的短,并发症发生率显著较对照组的低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良乳腺区段切除术可有效缩短乳腺良性肿块患者切口愈合时间,降低并发症发生率。Objective To observe the effect of segmentectomy on benign breast tumors. Methods A total of 120 patients with benign breast masses from February 2016 to February 2018 in this hospital were selected as the study objects. They were divided into experimental group and control group, with 60 patients in each group. The control group was treated with traditional breast section resection and the experimental group was treated with modified breast section resection. Compare surgical conditions and complications. Results There was no signifcant difference in bleeding volume and operative time between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. The pain time and wound healing time of the experimental group were signifcantly shorter than those of the control group, and the incidence of complications was signifcantly lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The modifed breast segment resection can effectively shorten the wound healing time and reduce the incidence of complications in patients with benign breast tumors.
