葱白穴位贴敷配合艾灸预防尿潴留的疗效观察及护理

摘　　要：目的探讨葱白穴位贴敷配合艾灸预防尿潴留的疗效。方法选择在我院骨科行留置导尿术的患者58例作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各29例。对照组采用传统的护理方法 ;观察组在传统的护理方法基础上,在拔尿管前使用葱白穴位贴敷配合艾灸的疗法。比较两组患者排尿成功率、尿潴留发生率。结果实验组患者尿潴留发生率低于对照组,两组患者尿潴留发生率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论葱白穴位贴敷配合艾灸疗法预防尿潴留的发生效果明确,减少患者的痛苦。Objective To investigate the curative effect of moxibustion combined with Acupoint Application of onion prevent urinary retention. Methods 58 patients with indwelling urethral catheterization were randomly divided into control group and study group, 29 cases in each group. The control group adopted traditional nursing methods. On the basis of traditional nursing methods, the observation group was treated with scallion-white acupoint sticking and moxibustion before catheterization. The success rate of voiding and incidence of urinary retention were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of urinary retention in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Acupoint Moxibustion Therapy Combined with light effect to prevent urinary retention clear, reduce the suffering of patients.
