护理干预在低温冷冻治疗支气管内膜结核中的应用

摘　　要：目的针对支气管内膜结核患者在低温冷冻治疗期间对其进行护理干预以后,对其护理的效率进行分析。方法选取2016年4月—2018年3月在本院接受该类疾病治疗的患者52例作为研究对象,并将其分为两组。其中,对照组(26例)患者采取常规性的护理措施,观察组(26例)患者采取护理干预措施,对比两组患者的护理效率。结果护理干预后,观察组患者的护理效率与护理满意度均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论针对支气管内膜结核患者在低温冷冻治疗期间对其进行护理干预以后,不仅可以使患者的疾病得到控制,还能大幅度其高其治愈率。Objective To analyze the efficiency of endobronchial tuberculosis patients after nursing intervention during cryotherapy. Methods 52 patients who received this kind of disease treatment in our hospital from April 2016 to March 2018 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into two groups. Among them, the control group （26 cases） took routine nursing measures. The observation group （26 cases） received nursing intervention measures. The nursing effciency of the two groups was compared. Results After nursing intervention, the nursing efficiency and satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion After the nursing intervention for the patients with endobronchial tuberculosis during cryosurgery, it can not only control the disease of the patients, but also greatly improve the cure rate.
