摘　　要：基于Revit的BIM模型和OPC标准开展建筑智能化信息集成平台的研究。借助OPC智能化数据访问技术和BIM三维模型信息共享的特征,在BIM模型中增加建筑智能化信息,研究基于BIM的智能化信息表达、共享和传递,拓展BIM模型应用范围的同时探索基于BIM三维模型构建建筑智能化信息集成平台的途径。Based on the BIM model of Revit and OPC standard, the study on architectural intelligent information integration platform is carried out. Based on the characteristics of OPC intelligent data access technology and BIM 3D model information sharing, architectural intelligent information is added to the BIM model, to study the intelligent information expression, sharing and transmission based on BIM, expand the application scope of BIM model and explore the way of constructing an intelligent building information integration platform based on BIM 3D model.
