摘 要:砖红镰刀菌为国槐溃疡病致病菌之一,深入研究砖红镰刀菌的致病机理及其毒素在致病过程中的作用具有重要意义。采用毒素浸种法,考察砖红镰刀菌毒素对国槐和其他19种植物种子萌发及根系生长的影响。结果表明:国槐种子的发芽势和发芽率随毒素浓度的增大而降低,即两者负相关;19种植物种子经毒素处理后,种子萌发和幼苗根系生长或被促进、或被抑制、或不受影响,即表现出多样性,说明砖红镰刀菌毒素为非寄主专化性毒素。该研究为国槐抗病品种选育和病害综合防控提供了新策略。The Fusarium lateritium is one of the pathogenic bacterias of Chinese scholartree ulcer disease, and it is of great significance to study the pathogenic mechanism of Fusarium lateritium and the role of toxin in pathogenic process. This study used toxin soaking method to determine the effects of the F. lateritium toxin to seed germination index and root index of Chinese scholartree and other 19 species. The results showed that the germination potential and germination rate of the Chinese scholartree seeds decreased with the increase of the toxin concentration,that was the two were negatively correlated; Seed germination and seedling root growth were promoted, inhibited, or unaffected by toxin treatment of 19 plant seeds, showing diversity, which indicated that the F. lateritium toxin was a Non-host specific toxin. The results of this study will provided a new strategy for breeding of Chinese scholartree resistant varieties and integrated control of its disease.
