摘　　要：目的探讨晟洁芙克草本抑菌凝胶治疗泌尿生殖道支原体衣原体感染的临床效果及安全性。方法选取中国人民解放军第一五九中心医院2015年4月—2017年6月泌尿生殖道支原体衣原体感染患者324例,随机数字表法分为研究组(162例)与对照组(162例)。对照组采取常规治疗,口服阿奇霉素(连续口服3d),研究组于对照组基础上加用晟洁芙克草本抑菌凝胶(治疗3d)。统计两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率。结果研究组治疗总有效率93.21%(151/162)高于对照组82.72%(134/162),P<0.05;研究组不良反应发生率8.02%(13/162)与对照组6.17%(10/162)间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论采取晟洁芙克草本抑菌凝胶治疗泌尿生殖道支原体衣原体感染,可有效提高疾病治疗效果,且不良反应发生率较低,具有安全性。Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Sheng Jie Fu Ke herb bacteriostasis gel on in the treatment of mycoplasma-chlamydia infection in genitourinary tract. Methods 324 cases of chlamydia-mycoplasma infection in genitourinary tract were selected from the 159th Central Hospital of the PLA from April 2015 to June 2017, and they were randomly divided into the study group （ n =162） and the control group （ n =162）. The control group received routine treatment, oral azithromycin （orally taking for 3 d continuously）, and the study group was treated with Sheng Jie Fu herb bacteriostasis gel （taking for 3 d continuously） on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.21 % （151/162）, higher than that of the control group 82.72 % （134/162）, P 〈0.05. There was insignificant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the study 8.02 % （13/162） and the control group 6.17 % （10/162）, P 〉0.05. Conclusion Using Sheng Jie Fu Ke herb bacteriostasis gel on in the treatment of mycoplasma-chlamydia infection in genitourinary tract can effectively improve the effect of disease treatment, and the incidence of adverse reactions is low. Besides, it is safe.
