摘 要:文章通过高温高速刮擦试验方法对NiCrFeAl/hBN可磨耗封严涂层试块进行模拟服役条件下的刮擦试验,试验后通过对刮痕、汽封齿高度损失等宏观分析,计算汽封齿磨损率IDR值表征涂层特定条件下的可磨耗性。结果表明,硬度为HR15Y60-62的NiCrFeAl/hBN涂层与汽封齿在温度620℃、210 m/s刮擦线速度、纵磨条件下刮擦,进给速率为5μm/s时汽封齿磨损率IDR值为23.03%,可磨耗性明显优于进给速率为50μm/s和480μm/s的,可磨耗性随着刮擦进给速率的升高而降低;同时表明,其他刮擦条件相同时,横磨方式比纵磨方式汽封齿磨损率IDR值低,说明横磨方式涂层可磨耗性略优于纵磨。In this paper, the scraping test of NiCrFeA1 / hBN abradable coating specimens was carried out under the conditions of simulated service by high-temperaLure and high-speed friction test. After the test, through the macro analysis of the friction scratch- es and the height loss of the sealing teeth, the IDR value of the sealing teeth was calculated to characterize the abradability of the coating under the specific conditions. The results showed that NiCrFeA1 / hBN coating with HR15Y60-62 hardness and steam seal teeth at 620 %, line speed of 210 m/s, longitudinal friction conditions, the IDR of the sealing teeth with the feed rate at 5 μm/s was 23.03% which the abradability was obviously better than that of 50 μm/s and 480 μm/s .The abradability decreased with the incease of scratch feed rate. At the same time, it showed that the IDR value at horizontal friction mode was lower than longitudinal friction mode under the same conditions, which showed that the abradability of coating at the horizontal friction mode was slightly better than at the longitudinal mode.
