摘 要:文章通过硼砂熔盐对1Cr11MoNiW1VNbN不锈钢进行盐浴渗铬处理,利用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和显微硬度计对1Cr11MoNiW1VNbN不锈钢盐浴渗铬后渗层的深度、组织结构以及硬度进行分析,利用摩擦磨损试验、高温长时氧化试验和电化学等方法测试渗铬层的摩擦性能、高温抗氧化性能以及耐蚀性能。结果表明,1Cr11MoNiW1VNbN不锈钢经硼砂盐浴1 035℃×3 h渗铬处理后,获得最外层白亮层Cr_(23)C_6,约3μm,局部次外层产生Fe-Cr固溶体,局部渗层总厚度达10μm。白亮层硬度达1 690 HV。结果还表明渗层的存在提高了材料的摩擦磨损性能、高温抗氧化性能以及耐蚀性能,可提高1Cr11MoNiW1VNbN材料螺栓抗咬死性能。In this paper, 1CrllMoNiW1VNbN stainless steel was chromized by molten borax salt bath. The depth, microstructure and hardness of the chromized layer of 1Crl 1MoNiW1VNbN stainless steel after salt bath chromizing were analyzed by optical mi- crescope (OM) , scanning electron microscope (SEM) , X-ray diffraction (XRD) and micrehardness tester. The wear properties, high temperature oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance of the chromized layer were tested by friction and wear test, long-term high temperature oxidation test and electrochemical method. The results showed that the outermost bright white layer of Cr23C6 (about 3 μm) was obtained after chremizing treatment at 1 035 ℃ for 3 h by borax salt bath, and the sub-outer layer of Fe-Cr solid solution was produced at local place with the total layer thickness reaching 10 μm. Hardness of bright white layer up to 1 690 HV. The results also showed that chremized layer could improve the friction and wear properties, high temperature oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance of 1Crl 1MONiW1VNbN, it could improve the anti-seize performance of 1Crl 1MoNiW1VNbN bolt.
