摘　　要：文章结合某330 MW机组启动过程中发生的碰摩故障,分析了摩擦故障时振动的特点,并结合机组实际情况进行了处理,介绍了处理摩擦故障及防止摩擦产生的措施,文章对处理同类振动故障具有一定的借鉴意义。This paper introduced a rubbing vibration of 330 MW unit, and the characteristics of rubbing vibration were analyzed, and the rubbing vibration were dealt with the actual condition of unit. Then the measure to deal with rubbing vibration and the methods to prevent the occurrence of rubbing vibration were introduced. It was significance to deal with the similar vibration ques- tions.
