摘　　要：为实现清洁能源,简化桥塞坐封施工工艺,降低桥塞坐封成本,提出一种以电动式代替常规火药式、机械式的桥塞坐封工具。为保证此坐封工具能在高温、高压、有腐蚀液体的工作环境下有效坐封,且适用于深井(大于3000 m)、大尺寸的桥塞,提出在该电动式动力输出端增设一种液压增力系统。该桥塞坐封工具适用于直径小于114 mm、解封力小于400 kN的桥塞。样件试验结果表明:该桥塞坐封工具安全性能良好,坐封、密封性能均满足工作要求,且坐封用时少、操作方便、简化施工程序,是一种新型的桥塞坐封工具。In order to achieve clean energy, simplify bridge plug setting construction process and reduce the cost of bridge plug setting, a kind of electric bridge plug setting tool is proposed to replace conventional gunpowder type and mechanical type. In order to ensure the setting tool work effective in high temperature and high pressure and corrosive liquid work environment, and be suitable for deep oil well （deeper than 3000 meters）, large size （releasing force bigger than 200 kN） bridge plug, we propose the creation of a hydraulic system in the electric power output. The bridge plug setting tool is suitable for vertical diameter less than 114mm, less than 400kN of the releasing force of bridge plug tool. The test results of the sample show that the bridge plug setting tool has good safety performance, the setting and sealing performance can meet the working requirements, and the setting time is small, the operation is convenient, and the construction procedure is simplified. It is a new type of bridge plug setting tool.
