摘  要:以滑动螺旋传动为研究对象,自主设计了螺旋传动性能实验台的机械结构,并利用虚拟仪器LabVIEW软件作为开发平台,设计了该实验台的测试系统。实践结果表明,该实验台可对多种螺旋副在不同工况下进行实验,系统软件能够准确实现实验数据的采集、显示和存储,完成螺旋传动的性能测试。Taking the sliding screw transmission as the research object, the mechanical structure of the screw transmission performance test bench is designed independently, and the virtual instrument LabVIEW software is used as the development platform to design the test system of the test bench. The practical results show that the experimental bench can test a variety of spiral pairs under different working conditions, and the system software can accurately realize the collection, display and storage of experimental data, and complete the performance test of the screw drive.
