摘 要:利用有限元方法对爆炸容器剖分环式孔门进行动力学强度分析并与铰链式、齿啮式孔门结构进行了比较。通过加载爆炸冲击载荷,计算得到三种孔门各部位应力随时间分布曲线。计算结果表明剖分环式孔门在应用于大型爆炸容器方面并不具有优势,其特有的剖分环及旋转结构存在诸多缺陷,影响安全性及可靠性。文中的分析结果对剖分环式孔门在大型爆炸容器方面的应用有一定指导意义。The finite element method is used to analyze the dynamic strength of split annulus gate of explosive containment. The calculation is compared with the analysis on hinge gate and gear gate of explosive containment. By loading explosive impact, we figure out the stress-time curve of different part on the three gates and draw a conclusion. The conclusion indicates that the split annulus gate has no advantages of application on large-scale explosive containments. The particular split annulus and rotation structure has a few defects. This affects the reliability and safety of the split annulus gate. This paper has certain a guidance of split annulus gate application on large-scale explosive containments.
