摘 要:以铬元素对低碳钢先共析铁素体组织转变的影响为研究对象,在0.15C-Fe低碳钢中加入铬元素,制成含量为0.4%、0.8%、1.6%的试样。根据不同的热处理工艺,研究铬含量及温度的变化对碳钢中先共析铁素体形貌的影响;做热处理、显微组织观察和硬度测试等试验。通过对试验结果分析得知,显微组织主要有马氏体、铁素体、珠光体三种,淬火温度越高,组织越细;降温温差越大,开始冷却温度越高,冷速快,越容易形成马氏体;Cr可以提高马氏体形成温度,Cr含量越高,马氏体形成需要的温度越高。In this paper, the effect of chromium on the microstructure transformation of low-carbon steel pro-eutectoid ferrite is studied. The chromium element is added to 0.15C-Fe low carbon steel to make the sample with content of 0.4%, 0.8%, 1.6%. According to different heat treatment processes, the effects of chromium content and temperature on the morphology of pro-eutectoid ferrite in carbon steel were studied. Heat treatment, microstructure observation and hardness test were carried out. The test results show that the mierostructure is mainly composed of martensite, ferrite and pearlite. The higher the quenching temperature, the finer the structure. The greater the temperature difference between cooling and cooling, the higher the initial cooling temperature, the faster the cooling rate, and the easier it is to form martensite. Cr can increase the martensite formation temperature, and the higher the Cr content, the higher the temperature required for martensite formation.
